narratorPRIDE is our creative writing competition for international GLBTIP authors over the age of 18 who can bring a new and enlightening angle to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersexual, pansexual and polyamorous stories. We are currently accepting poems and short stories to 5,000 words on GLBTIP themes for collation into a 50-item volume which we will release as print and ebook versions at the end of 2013. Our other sites will be genre and geography based, and will be released as need arises. We plan to develop sites for each of the following genres:
  • Junior - for contributors aged under 13
  • Youth - for contributors aged 13 to 18 
All Genres below require contributors to be aged 18 or over:
  • Romance - for the lovers of love
  • Science Fiction - for those who like to predict the future
  • Comedy - for those that love a laugh
  • Bonnets - for those into bonnet dramas and historical fiction 
  • SadnSweet - for stories that require a tissue or deliver a small smile 
  • Smoking Gun - for those that love writing action, drama, spy, psycho thriller, mystery, crime, whodunnit pieces
  • MeYou - for those exploring cultural, ethnic and Australian Indigenous issues
  • Silver Bullet - for lovers of horror, gothic, medieval, magic, paranormal, ghosts, vampires and werewolves)
  • Helping Hand - for those writing to inspire with spiritual, motivational and self help tales
If we’ve not yet started publishing in your preferred genre, then feel free to submit to the national/general edition instead.
